Copyright Policy

1. How This Site Works

BussyBuster is a curated index of adult videos that are hosted on third-party websites. We do not host, store, produce, or upload any video files on our servers — the site only displays links to, and embedded players from, external sites where the content already resides. We do not accept user registrations or user-submitted uploads. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.

2. Where the Video Actually Lives

Because the underlying video file is hosted on an external third-party site and not on our servers, removing a link or embed from this site does not delete the file at its source. If you want the video itself taken down, you must also contact the third-party site that hosts it. Removing the material at its source is the only way to remove it from the internet; we can only remove the link or embed as it appears here.

3. Reporting Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that a link or embed on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice using our copyright claim form. To be effective, your notice must include all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, and a description sufficient to identify it
  • The exact URL(s) on this site where the infringing link or embed is located
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Response to Notices

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the link or embed identified as infringing, regardless of whether the file remains available at its external source. Incomplete or invalid notices may delay a response or prevent us from acting.

5. False or Abusive Claims

The integrity of this copyright process depends on notices being submitted in good faith. Submitting a knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent infringement notice is a serious matter and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law, including liability for damages, court costs, and legal fees incurred by the affected party.
